Wholesalers/Distributors submit chargeback claims to the manufacturer for the difference in WAC and contract pricing. CRECSYS manages wholesalers/distributors, distribution centers and EDI transactions.

• View, search, and sort wholesalers/distributors and their distribution centers using Ids, Name, City, State and Zip.
• Create UOM cross references used by wholesalers/distributors.
• Configure wholesalers/distributors EDI transactions capabilities.
• We provide management functions to grant limited access (portal) to your wholesalers/distributors for manual claims, claims reconciliation, and reports.
• Ability to add several notes and contacts to wholesalers/distributors.
• Take control of the chargebacks by identifying the duplicate, overpayment, or false debit memos.
